i am a british man looking for an apartment for around 40 to 50 thousand euros , i am aware of the buying fees and taxes that will amount to about 8,000 euros .
i would like to know about the community charges for dustbins etc etc , and the basic charge for water and electricity per monthly charge ?

i have my codice Fiscale which i obtained from the italian consulate in london , can i open an italian bank account from the uk or do i need to be in italy ?

i will be a non resident and non eu

If you are buying freehold property, Notary fees and taxes should be no more that about 3–3.5K But keep in mind agents fees go on top if you are not buying from this agency, where all fees are included in price.
