Usually all taxis parked near the station. I highly doubt that any of the would be available on NY eve. But I’d suggest you to give a call to the agency and they may can organise some.

Taxi (car-sharing) for our clients is available all year around. All our clients have our driver’s number, please ask your sales manager and he will give it to you.
