I first class yes, in second I don’t know, I’ve never traveled in second in Italy…

They are pretty much the same — very friendly. They can share panini and beer with you.

I’ve had a different experience, one ended up in second class by accident and saw a lots of immigrants. Luckily realized it was not my carriage and moved to 1st — much better!
