we have bought a decent sizes 2 bedroom leasehold apartment in marcellina in april 2018 with help of Roman and scalea property agency, to whom we are very grateful. it was nice and smooth transaction, which took us only one trip to italy during which we saw few freehold and leasehold properties, decided which one we liked, paid money and signed the lease. all within 2 days.

after the purchase, we asked seller to organise some decoration works and he helped us to buy some new furniture. we planned all works to be completed within one month, but it took two and a half month, but i’m not really surprised as italians very laid back chaps but important it’s been done eventually.

so we just came back from italy have spent month of july there, very happy and already planning next visit in september.

Yes.
They still have got quite a few for sale.
