Hello, I have seen a property that is being sold by owner, how can I tell this is not a scam. I need a good solicitor because they want the sale finalised in 30 days. Re: Solicitor to buy property

You don’t need a solicitor as notary does all checks. Also, I would suggest find an agent (or just ask in this agency from this website) to help you. The usually do that for about 1,000 EUR. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
