We have a small budget of about 30K pounds. Are those listings real? Is it possible to find something for this amount? Just want to get some small 1 bed before Brexit. Re: Small budget

my first apartment was 35K so i guess it is real  but it was about 8 years ago… i’m sure you can still spot a bargain, but it would be in piano lettieri area, behind the stationRe: Small budget

Just come on this Forum so you may have already bought. We bought a 2 bedroomed apartment in the Montichello area of Scalea for 31,000 euro, fully furnished with quality furniture and a fantastic Balcony with panaromic view Was the best Bargain around. Not sure how the market is now August 2018 but it was very slow when we were looking and many apartments been for sale for over 2 years. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
